Return and Exchange Policy

Shipping glass wear and other delicate items can be quite the challenge! While we do our absolute best to ensure your order is protected during shipping, unfortunately The Wild Flower Lady is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items once a confirmation number has been sent.

However, if your item(s) arrive damaged in any way; The Wild Flower Lady offers the option to exchange. Please email thewildflowerlady1947@gmail.com with clear photos of damage within 2 days of receiving your order.
